1. Digital Services & Products
Due to the nature of digital services (including but not limited to design work, website development, SEO services, or marketing campaigns), all sales are considered final once work has commenced. Refunds will not be issued for:

Project delays caused by client-side inaction
However, if no work has begun and a refund is requested within 24 hours of purchase, we may issue a partial refund, subject to review.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

The service has not yet been started

A duplicate payment was made

There was a billing error or technical issue that prevented delivery
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@kannoun-agency.com within 7 days of the transaction. Requests made after this window will not be eligible.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:

Work delivered or in progress

Subscription-based services after access has been granted

Third-party services, tools, or software purchased on your behalf
4. Cancellations
For recurring services (e.g., monthly marketing or maintenance plans), you may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. Once the billing has been processed, that month is non-refundable.
To cancel a service, email us at support@kannoun-agency.com with at least 3 business days’ notice before your renewal date.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you believe you were charged in error or have concerns about the service received, we strongly encourage you to contact our team before opening a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.
